is with great pleasure that we celebrate more than 25 years of practice,
22 years of workers’ compensation specialization (Jack Goodchild),
and the 14th anniversary of this law firm by accepting referrals
of workers' compensation cases on behalf of the injured worker only.
Goodchild
& Duffy commemorates this occasion by increasing our referral
fee to referring attorneys to 20% of the fees received regarding
regular issues. Referrals are handled in strict accordance with
State Bar rules.

& Duffy is a four attorney law firm with two certified workers’
compensation specialists on staff and another pending certification.

care. We have successfully negotiated many of the largest settlements
